1. Refund and Return Policy for Game Rentals

• Refund Eligibility for Game Rentals:

Game rentals are non-refundable once the rental period has started. Please verify the game title and rental duration before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues with the rental, please contact our support team for assistance.

• Late Returns and Responsibility:

If the rental account is not returned on time, additional charges may apply. You are also responsible for any damage to the game account during the rental period.

• Account Retrieval:

If Gamers Grove retrieves the rented account before the rental period ends, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused rental period.

2. Refund and Return Policy for Digital Codes and Other Purchases

• Non-Refundable Digital Codes:

Once digital codes (including game keys, gift cards, and subscriptions) are delivered, they are non-refundable. As digital products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for codes that have already been activated.

• Region Compatibility:

Before purchasing a digital code, customers are required to verify that the code is compatible with their account region. Gamers Grove will not issue refunds for codes purchased in the wrong region or for those that are incompatible with the customer’s account region.

• Non-Cancellable Orders:

Orders for digital codes are non-cancellable once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

• Code Delivery and Validity:

Digital codes will be delivered via email or through the website once payment is confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to redeem digital codes before the expiration date.
