• Account Usage:
Use the rented account as per the provided terms. Malicious activities such as cheating or hacking are prohibited.
• Support for Game Accounts:
Contact our customer support team for any technical issues. We strive to resolve problems promptly, but cannot guarantee immediate fixes.
• Late Returns:
You are responsible for returning the rented game account on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Account Retrieval:
Gamers Grove reserves the right to retrieve the rented game account early. A prorated refund will be provided if the account is retrieved before the rental period ends.
3. Digital Codes and Other Purchases
• Region Compatibility:
Ensure the gift card or digital code matches your account’s region before purchasing. We do not issue refunds for region mismatches.
• Non-Cancellable Orders:
Once placed, orders for digital codes cannot be canceled. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
• Code Delivery and Validity:
Digital codes will be delivered via email or on the website after payment. It’s your responsibility to redeem codes before they expire.
• Defective or Invalid Codes:
If you receive a defective or invalid code, contact us promptly at support@gamersgrovebd.com. If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Suspension and Termination
• Gamers Grove may suspend or terminate access to services for any customer who violates these Terms. No refunds will be provided for services already used.

• Gamers Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of rented game accounts or digital codes.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific rental or purchase.
